The Wisdom of the Peacock (13th March-4th May) at Luisa Catucci Gallery, in collaboration with Jaeger Art, presents a striking dialogue between German sculptor Wolfgang Flad and French painter Rémy Hysbergue. Exploring materiality, light, and spatial perception, the exhibition draws on the peacock’s dual symbolism of attraction and wisdom, inviting viewers into an immersive interplay of color and form. Flad’s sculptural reliefs—featuring reflective, iridescent surfaces—engage with shifting perspectives, while Hysbergue’s paintings blur the boundaries between depth and flatness, embracing contrasts of light and shadow.
