Born in Budapest (1998), Szilágyi Imola Nelli (Sina) is a painter whose practice spans Hungary, Italy, Japan, and Australia. Her formal education began at age ten, leading to a strict, classical preparation under mentor Rita Kopek from 2011 to 2018. She then moved to Milan, graduating from the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) in 2021 with a degree in Painting and Visual Arts. Sina formerly maintained a studio at Budapest’s Nyolcésfél art center and currently operates a nomadic alpine practice. Notable achievements include curating the Metropolis exhibition (2023), a solo show at Hybridart Space, and selection for the 2024 London Art Biennale.
