What’s it about?

D–Arts is looking for five resistant micro-interventions to be realized by summer 2025. Whether it’s a performative disruption, an experimental workshop, a poetic form of protest, or an unexpected intervention in public space – we support actions that make resistance visible and rethink social spaces.

Why?

Because resistance is felt even in small gestures.

Because we don’t wait for structural change – we initiate it ourselves.
Because we need collective strategies for visibility and empowerment.

What’s being funded?

5 projects with €2000 each
Implementation period: until summer 2025

D–Arts provides support with:
Free spaces for realization
Organizational assistance
Promotion & visibility of the interventions

📍 Interventions can take place in public space, at D–Arts member institutions, or in hybrid formats.

Examples of micro-interventions:

🔹 Workshops on activist strategies
🔹 Short-term performative interventions in public space
🔹 Artistic-discursive formats to amplify marginalized perspectives
🔹 Making the invisible visible – texts, stickers, posters, actions
🔹 Unconventional gatherings, gestural disruptions, temporary reconfigurations of space
