viennacontemporary, Austria’s leading international art fair, invites you to apply for the next edition at Messe Wien Halle D.

From 11-14 September 2025, viennacontemporary will present established galleries, exciting new additions, and engaged curated exhibitions. With its popular focus on art and galleries from Central and Eastern Europe, Vienna's leading contemporary art fair strengthens its position as the premier destination for surprising discoveries.

With a unique selection of contemporary art and a dense supporting program, viennacontemporary places Vienna at the center of the international art calendar and attracts numerous collectors, art professionals, journalists, opinion leaders, and personalities from politics, business, and culture from all over the world for an unforgettable week dedicated to fine art.

Please read the application form and admission requirements carefully to ensure that you provide all the required information. The selection process is based on the quality of the application and exhibition concept. Please note that the result of your application may be affected by incomplete information.

An international admission committee is responsible for the selection process. The exhibition contract between the applicant and VC ARTFAIRS GmbH (VCT) is concluded upon receipt of the written confirmation of admission. Applicants will be informed about the result of their application at the beginning of June 2025.

The opening will take place on Thursday, 11 September 2025, and the fair will close on Sunday, 14 September 2025, at 6 pm. Set-up will take place on Tuesday, 9, and Wednesday, 10 September, 2025.

An application fee of 200,00 euros (excl. 20% VAT) is due with the application. This fee will not be reimbursed in case of a rejected application. With the acceptance of the application, the fee will be credited to your account.

We kindly ask you to agree to our conditions for admission, which you will have to do in Step 5 when completing your application.
